        Living in Atlanta, and not the Chicagoland area, I had never dealt with Burdeen's before. However, I found an Audemars Piguet I liked online and inquired with Kevin Griegel. Kevin was super-responsive and helpful. He communicated with me via e-mail around the clock until the deal was done...and after I received the watch.
