Don Hamm was a pleasure to work with! Honest, fair and transparent from the get go. We sold our final rental property and closed in less than 30 days from the date of offer. They really mean it when they say "as is" and almost no closing costs. Wish we would have worked with them on our previous rentals when we were ready to sell.
